ATTENTION PARENTS

During your child’s exam, the doctor will ask you questions about development or observe your child’s development. They will also complete a computerized developmental screening test. By using a standardized developmental screening tool, the doctors may be able to detect developmental delays early and offer your child the appropriate treatment.

There is a separate charge for this screening test. The Well Child Examination only includes the physical exam and preventative guidance. Services such as immunizations, vision screenings and hearing screenings are charged separately.

Please be aware that your insurance may not cover the developmental screening test and the charges may become your responsibility.
