Do my provider see patients at both the Fair Oaks and Centreville Office?
Our providers all see patients at both the Fair Oaks and Centreville office with the exception of Nurse Practitioner Sharon Boyle who only sees patients at the Fair Oaks Office
Can I see the same provider each time I come?
We recommend that you select one or two providers that you see regularly for well check since you can schedule them weeks/months ahead of time. During sick visits especially for same day appointments, we recommend you see whichever provider is available.
We plan on having our baby at Fair Oaks Hospital. What do I need to have Fairfax Pediatrics come and see my baby in the hospital?
During the mother's admission to Fair Oaks Hospital, you will be asked if you have chosen a pediatrician. Just supply them with our name or any of our pediatricians and we will come and see your baby the next morning after he/she is born.
My child has forms for school and camp. How do I get them filled out?
During your well check up, please bring any forms that need to be filled out for school, camp, sports etc. We will fill out the form during the visit and return it to you at the end of the visit. During other times, please leave the form at the front desk. It usually takes 3-5 business days to prepare the form for you. We will call and let you know when the forms are ready.
